Ferndale Annex sits in the heart of Barnham, a very pretty village with local shops, a pub, a butchers, a tearoom and a pharmacy. Just a 10-minute walk takes you to the train station with direct routes to Bognor Regis, Brighton and Portsmouth. This is the perfect location for those wanting to visit the world-famous events at Glorious Goodwood, just a 15-minute drive away, and Fontwell Racecourse, which is less than 10 minutes’ away. The bright annexe, which is attached to the owner’s home, has its own private entrance and parking in front of the property. Perfect for couples or friends wanting a break on the beautiful south coast of England.
The bedroom/living area offers two single beds and there is a small dining area with folding chairs, armchair and Smart TV. There is a separate kitchen with microwave, electric hob and fridge. On warm, sunny days guests are welcome to move the dining table outside for some al fresco dining whilst enjoying the countryside views.
A short drive from the beach at Bognor Regis, one of the most popular seaside places to visit with its large expanses of sand at low tide and a 3-mile long promenade. There is lots to explore in this area of the south coast, including the historic cities of Arundel, home to stunning Arundel Castle and Gardens. Take a break from sunbathing and swimming and head up to the glorious South Downs for a gentle stroll or a bike ride, enjoy live music from the bandstand in the charming grounds of Hotham Park. The cathedral city of Chichester, 8 miles, is a cosmopolitan, vibrant and friendly city proudly combining two thousand years of heritage with a lively lifestyle. Chichester Festival Theatre is well worth a visit; it is famous for its quality of theatre production, many of which premiere here before moving on to the London scene.
