The town of Ashbourne is literally on your doorstep, and offers some great shops, cafés and restaurants. An abundance of local walks and trails are ready to be enjoyed too and you are only a 15-minute drive from Alton Towers Theme Park which makes for a fantastic day out for all the family.
This first floor apartment has a shared entrance with one other property. Market View is a first floor apartment and as you enter the property you are greeted by the open plan living space. The living area is light and spacious and has comfortable seating, Smart TV with Sky and a feature fireplace for decorative purposes only. The kitchen area has been finished to a high standard with all the equipment and appliances you should need for your stay, and the dining area has a table with four chair, and Just off the kitchen is the shower room with walk in shower. The apartment has two generously sized bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with twin beds both having wardrobe space. There is an outdoor terrace with artificial grass and table with chairs. Although there isn’t parking with the property there is ample parking surrounding it.
