Peters Place is a cottage with great character. The property faces down the dales, meaning the stunning view can be appreciated from every window in the property. Enter the living room, which has a beautiful bay entrance allowing extra light in, to find comfortable seating and a good-sized TV. The dining room offers ample seating for all guests, there is a kitchen with all the essentials for your stay, plus a washing machine. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and has both a walk-in shower and a freestanding, roll-top bath. On the first floor are two generously sized bedrooms made up of a double and a twin. Outside there is ample garden space to enjoy with parking for up to three cars, seating areas and a secure bike store. The property is located by a working farm with animals, which the kids love!
Youlgrave is a quaint village, offering three fantastic pubs, a local store with post office and a village bakery. There are ample walks straight from your doorstep and cycle routes. The nearest town is Bakewell, known for its tarts and puddings, you can also enjoy some delicious fish and chips by the river Derwent. There are other neighbouring towns such as Matlock, Buxton and Ashbourne, with famous villages in-between such as Monyash, Hartington and Chatsworth House, you are simply spoilt for choice with how to fill your days!
