The property is situated over three floors and sleeps five comfortably. As you open the door there is a cosy living room with a feature fireplace and Smart TV. This leads into the kitchen which comes equipped with everything you may need for a holiday including a breakfast bar, perfect for family meals. From the kitchen you can look out onto the historic town of Matlock and your own patio with a table and chairs. On the second floor is a spacious kingsize room and a single room tastefully decorated, creating a home from home feel. There is also a shower room with a large shower. The next and final floor gives way to a master suite with kingsize bed. There is an added extra of a seating area and coffee table. From the master suite you are able to see the stunning views across to the historic church.

This property is close by to well known attractions such as Heights of Abraham, Cromford Mills, Chatsworth and Matlock Meadows. Not forgetting to mention the abundance of walks such as Lumsdale Falls, Black Rocks, Cromford Canal and High Tor.
