Situated in the heart of the little hamlet of Enson, this superb, semi-detached property sleeps up to a maximum of six guests. Sympathetically converted by the owners, who are close by if you should need or require anything. The living area offers plenty of soft seating to relax on as well as a multi-fuel stove, which the family can gather in front of to watch a film on the large Smart TV.
On the first floor are three stunning bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a superb family bathroom. Surrounded by farmland and open fields, West Barn offers guests the added bonus of a fantastic lawned enclosed garden and idyllically, your very own seating area to enjoy by the river. You will be reluctant to pull yourself away once you have made yourself comfy here with a picnic and chilled drinks to hand!
Enson is perfectly positioned for visiting a host of popular UK attractions, including Alton Towers theme park where thrilling rides and rollercoasters are sure to satisfy any adrenaline seekers. Within reach, too, is the Cannock Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, not only home to a wealth of great walking country, but also the National Trust Shugborough Estate, where a beautifully preserved Georgian mansion rests amidst sweeping parkland and formal gardens. Great for a visit, too, is Go Ape Cannock, where treetop adventures await the whole family via a rope course in the tree canopy.
The Peak District is around an hour’s drive away for those eager to seek a walking challenge, Stafford offers plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs to enjoy. Great days out can be had in nearby historic castles like Stafford Castle, Tutbury Castle and Chartley Castle shedding history on the local areas. West Barn will prove perfect for an idyllic family holiday in the Staffordshire countryside.
