Located opposite the fantastic Trentham Park with Trentham Lake, which is stunning to walk around or paddle round in a hired canoe. There’s also a shopping centre, Italian gardens and a forest with Monkeys and Treetop Adventures, as well as an abundance of activities right from the doorstep, not to mention the cafes, crepe and waffle houses, various eateries, bars and Trentham golf course.
A 9-minute car journey takes you to Hanchurch Woods, which makes for a fantastic day out walking. If you want to head into the city centre of Stoke-on-Trent, which is known for its pottery industry, and is the perfect place visit the museum and art galleries. The owner has great skill in this and offers 1 hour lessons to her guests, who can then keep their creation to take home.
