This detached house is set in a fully enclosed large garden with ample parking. The house is situated in the heart of rural Cheshire, and this provides a beautiful setting.
Whilst Cheshire is famous for the cat that got the cream and tasty cheese, there are many super places to visit and explore. The historic town of Nantwich and delightful village of Tarporley are close by. Wander a ¼ mile down the lanes to the Cholmondeston Marina, stop for delicious refreshments and start your walk along the Shropshire union canal towpath which then links to the Llangollen canal.
The Whitegate Way, Delamere Forest, Sandstone trail, Peckforton and Beeston Castles are good walking places. Tatton Park, Cholmondeley Castle, Bewildered need visiting, not to mention the Crocky trail if you have younger family members. For racing enthusiasts we have Chester race course and Oulton Park very nearby. Chester deserves a visit, full of history and of course it’s very famous zoo. After exploring Cheshire by car, cycle or on foot, come back to the Bailiffs House open the door into a deceptively large and welcoming home.
