Ramblers and cyclists will enjoy discovering the many bridle ways and footpaths which surround the property. This delightful spacious holiday home enjoys a rural aspect situated on a working farm near the friendly hamlet of Sharperton, found nestled within the wild and beautiful Coquet Valley and is only 6 miles from the very pretty, small market town of Rothbury with a great selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes, and some small bespoke shops as well as a local shop. The Lodge is ideally located to explore the Northumberland National Park and Kielder Forest and Water which is located in the international Dark Sky Park. The picturesque heritage coastline with miles of golden beaches can easily be reached and Alnwick Castle is an easy drive famed for some scenes shot for the Harry Potter and Downton Abbey film. The Lodge can be booked with Squirrel Cottage, Hazelnut Cottage and Plover Cottage to accommodate up to 20 guests.
