The Withies is in the popular seaside resort of Newbiggin-By-The-Sea, offering spacious, well equipped accommodation for a small family or group of friends. The pretty, historic town of Morpeth is only 7½ miles away, with a fine selection of shops and pubs. The town of Amble, with its great Sunday market, is only 13 miles and has a working harbour, whilst Newcastle is 18 miles. Kielder Water, situated in the Northumberland International Dark Sky Park, is 53 miles away. Other places of interest to visit include Alnwick Castle and its gardens, 25 miles, Hadrian’s Wall, 45 miles, the Farne Islands and Holy Island.
