The apartment has two lifts to take you to the ground floor and is a few minutes’ walk to Sunderland mainline train and local metro station, taking you across the north-east region to the coast, Newcastle city centre and Newcastle Airport. From the doorstep, you are within minutes of the Bridges Shopping Centre, Sunderland Theatre, the Stadium of Light, The National Glass Centre and just a 30-minute stroll takes you to the beautiful golden sands and promenades of Roker Beach and Seaburn. Sunderland is a cosmopolitan city and visitors can enjoy a host of bars, cafés and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk from Stadium View.
