The location is ideal for those visiting for business or pleasure, ideally located close to the heart of the vibrant city of Newcastle, full of friendly people and fabulous places to visit. With convenient access to the City centre, a 7 to 8 minute taxi ride or a 20 to 25 minute walk.
The spacious property has everything you will need for your stay. The living room has a Smart TV, PlayStation and Bluetooth for your music. A well equipped kitchen and dining area, with all electrical appliances with a utility/laundry room. The dining space has a breakfast bar and dining table and wall mounted Smart TV then there are doors that lead out into the large courtyard. Whether socialising inside or out you are well accommodated. The fully enclosed courtyard is private and has a large raised decked area which is covered and has rattan seating a quirky bar, BBQ and firepit. There are two downstairs double bedrooms with a shared shower room and a separate shower room with double shower. On the first floor a separate bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom three is kingsize with an en-suite, then bedrooms four, five and six are doubles, bedroom seven is a family size with double and single bed. Owners kindly supply travel cot, highchair and stroller.
It is in an ideal location if you are visiting Newcastle Arena for an event and want to spend some more time on your break away. The house is just perfect for giving you that bit of freedom that you don’t get staying in a hotel bedroom. It is only a short walk to the Central Station and the infamous Grey Street which is packed with beautiful bars and restaurants suitable for all age groups. Visit the famous Quayside and stroll over the Millennium Bridge taking in the view towards the iconic Tyne Bridge, taking a selfie perhaps to remember the fabulous time you will have staying in the heart of Geordie land.
The road network is fantastic taking you off in all directions over to the coast, or perhaps a visit to Hadrian’s Wall. There is so much to see in Northumberland. Tynemouth is incredibly popular with a vast array of restaurants, bars, pretty shop and the abbey. Numero Uno is a perfect base for a self-catering break to recharge your batteries and explore this fabulous area. Beach 10 miles. Pub and restaurant 1¼ miles.
