Alnwick Castle is only 14 miles away, where you can explore the enchanting gardens and the magnificent castle. Otterburn is easily reached, and you can drive on to Kielder Water and explore the National Park. After a busy day touring, Ferncliffe Cottage makes a welcome retreat to come back to. Beach 17 miles.
