Kielder is set in the Gold Tier International Dark Sky Park, the largest in Europe. Ideal for stargazers and photographers, this property is only 3 miles from Kielder Observatory and a short walk to Kielder Castle and Water. Perfect for water sports enthusiasts and adventure seekers who enjoy cycling, walking, sailing or fishing. Nearby Leaplish Waterside Park has a hop on/off ferry, which takes you all around the water to admire the stunning scenery. It has a visitor centre, birds of prey centre and bar with picnic tables along the front. The local pub is only 200 yards away and offers a friendly welcome. The peaceful cottage style garden ensures a relaxing evening after exploring the abundance of visitor attractions in what is reputedly the friendliest county in England. Hadrian’s Wall or the Northumberland Heritage Coast make great days out and are only a short drive away.
