Bunchrew Farm Cottage

Bunchrew Farm Cottage is in Bunchrew, about three miles from Inverness. It's a detached cottage on the farm, looking out over farmland towards the Kessock Bridge.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, all doubles, and each has its own bathroom. The master is on the ground floor with its own shower room. The other two are upstairs. The stairs are the normal kind, not too steep.

It's got a wood-burning stove in the living area. The kitchen is open plan, with a dishwasher. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right outside.

The farm is rural but not isolated. Inverness is a ten minute drive. You've got everything there, shops, restaurants, the castle by the river. The Culloden Battlefield is about fifteen minutes away, it's National Trust for Scotland.

You're close to the Beauly Firth here. It's a five minute drive down to the water. You can sometimes see seals and dolphins from the shore. The Black Isle is just over the bridge, maybe twenty minutes. Chanonry Point is a good spot for dolphin watching.

Loch Ness is about half an hour's drive south. Urquhart Castle is there on the shore. The whole Great Glen area is good for walking.

Because it's a working farm, we don't allow pets. Sorry about that. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
