It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. It's open plan inside. There's underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
The patio gets the sun in the afternoon. You can have a barbecue there. The river is right there, but it's fenced for safety if you've got children or a dog. You can bring one dog.
Inverness is about ten minutes by car. That's where the big shops, restaurants, and the cinema are. For a smaller shop, there's one a mile away. The nearest pub is two and a half miles.
You're well-placed for getting out. Culloden Battlefield is close. Loch Ness is about twenty minutes. You can do boat trips from there. The coast for dolphin watching is maybe half an hour.
