Balmore Farmhouse

This is Balmore Farmhouse, our place near Scaniport. It's about fifteen minutes south of Inverness. You can see fields from the front windows.

It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. One king-size bedroom is downstairs, with its own shower room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two king-size and one single, sharing a family bathroom. The stairs are normal, nothing tricky.

Everything's been renovated so it's in good shape. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There are leather sofas in the living room, a wood burner, and a big kitchen with a dining table. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, there's a large enclosed garden and plenty of parking. It's detached, so you're not sharing walls. We allow up to two dogs.

You're a five-minute drive from a shop. There's a beach and a few places to eat about ten minutes away in Dochgarroch.

Location wise, you're right in the middle of things. Loch Ness is only a couple of miles up the road. Inverness is about fifteen minutes north for bigger shops and the station. The Moray Coast is maybe forty minutes east for good beaches.

The facilities are all listed, but the main things are the wifi, the wood burner, the dishwasher, and the bike storage. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
