This is the Failte apartment in Inverness. It's on the ground floor of a building near the town centre. You can walk into the main part of town in a few minutes.
It's a two-bedroom place that sleeps four. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good condition. It's also set up for wheelchair access, with grab rails and level access from the parking space.
We accept one well-behaved dog. There's a small outside seating area. It has a washing machine, WiFi, and the bedding and towels are included.
You're really well placed for Inverness itself. The castle and the River Ness are a short walk. For a nice stroll, the Ness Islands are good. The Caledonian Canal is close by for longer walks or cycling.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got Culloden Battlefield and the Clava Cairns. Loch Ness is about 25 minutes south. The National Trust for Scotland's Culloden page is useful for planning a visit.
If you're heading north, you're right on the start of the NC500 route. Nairn and its beach are about 15 miles east. For golf, there are courses in and around the city, including Castle Stuart.
