The flat sleeps four, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Because it's all on one level, it's fairly straightforward to get around. There's parking right outside.

You're about a ten minute drive from the city centre. There's a bus stop nearby as well if you don't want to take the car. The main reason for the location is that you're right by the southern distributor road. It makes getting out of town and heading north towards Loch Ness, or west towards Fort William, very easy. If you're going east, the beach at Nairn is about half an hour away. Aviemore is about 35 minutes south if you want to get into the Cairngorms.

The flat comes with all the basics: WiFi, a TV, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. It's dog-friendly, which is handy as there's some decent walking right from the door.
