Faillie
Faillie is a modern house on the edge of Inverness. It's in a residential bit called Slackbuie. You look out over the city from up here.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms: two doubles, one single. One bathroom upstairs, and a separate loo downstairs on the main level. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a good standard. It's clean and tidy.
The garden at the back is enclosed. Good for dogs if you're bringing them. There's a patio out there with a table and chairs.
You can park two cars right next to the house.
Inside, the living room is at the back. It's got a sofa, chairs, a dining table, and a Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you'd need. It's all on one floor except the bedrooms.
There's a big supermarket about five minutes away by car. There's also a bowling alley, a golf course, and a restaurant with a play area nearby if that's useful.
Inverness itself is about a ten minute drive. You've got the usual town things there: shops, restaurants, a cinema. The River Ness runs through it. For a day trip, Culloden Battlefield is very close. The visitor centre is good if you're interested in the history.
Loch Ness is about a twenty minute drive. You can get boat trips from there. The scenery is good.
For a bigger day out, you're right on the edge of the Highlands. A drive towards Fort William or up the coast to the Black Isle is easy from here.
Facilities wise: it has WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
You can bring up to two dogs.
