Milo
This is Milo. It's a pod in Dre-fach, which is near Ammanford in Carmarthenshire.
It sleeps two on a sofa bed in the one room. There's a separate shower and toilet in a little block a few steps away. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern, but compact. The decking outside is private and looks over the fields.
It's detached so you're on your own. There's parking right there. The garden is enclosed. You've got WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ you can use.
The area is quiet, very rural. Good for walks straight from the door. If you want to ride, there are local stables. For a shop or a pub, you'd drive to Ammanford, which is about ten minutes.
Within half an hour you can get to the coast at Llanelli or the National Botanic Garden of Wales. The Brecon Beacons are about forty minutes drive for bigger walks. Visit Wales has good ideas for the area. For local walking routes, the Carmarthenshire County Council website is useful.
It's a simple place. Good for a couple who want a base to get out from.
