Rhandir Barn is a converted barn on a sheep farm near Trapp, in Carmarthenshire. It's detached and has views over the valleys towards the Black Mountain. You can see Carreg Cennen Castle from there. It's very quiet.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished. There's a wood burner in the living room. The place has old beams and some big archways where the stables used to be.
You're in the Brecon Beacons National Park. There are walking trails right from the door. The farm track leads onto paths. For more organised activities, the Brecon Beacons National Park site has good information.
The nearest pub is about two miles away in Trapp. Llandeilo is six miles. It's a nice town with shops and places to eat. Llangadog is eight miles. The coast is about an hour's drive.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. No pets, sorry. It's part of a group of properties, so it can be booked with others for bigger groups.
