It's called Ty Draw. It's in Garnant, which is in the Amman Valley in Carmarthenshire. It's a detached house, so you've got your own walls. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and everything works, but it's not flashy. It's a solid place to come back to after being out.
You can walk to the pub and shop in about 700 yards. The pub does food. The 'Golwg yr Aman' path is even closer, about 200 yards away. You can walk or cycle on that into Brynamman one way or Ammanford the other.
You're right on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park here. You can be in proper countryside in a few minutes' walk. For driving, Llandeilo is about ten miles away for shops and cafes. Swansea and the start of the Gower are about fifteen miles. The nearest beach is probably around twenty miles, at Pembrey.
If you're here for walking, the Four Waterfalls walk near Ystradfellte is worth it. It's about a half hour drive east. Carreg Cennen castle is a similar drive north. For a family day out, the Dan yr Ogof showcaves are about twenty-five minutes away.
What's there: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for a couple of cars. The garden has furniture. You can bring up to three dogs.
