Ty Newydd Cottage
Ty Newydd Cottage is in Salem, about three miles outside Llandeilo. It's attached to the main house where we live, but you've got your own entrance and a private patio area out the front. The garden's enclosed, so it's fine for dogs.
It's a one-bedroom place, just for two people. The 3 Star rating means it's comfortable and clean. It's all on one level. The kitchen area is open plan with the living space.
Llandeilo is a nice little town. Good for a wander, some interesting shops and plenty of places to eat. The Dinefwr estate is just outside town. You can walk up to the castle ruins from there.
You're not far from the Brecon Beacons. The Black Mountain area is about a 25-minute drive. For cycling, Brechfa Forest is about 20 minutes away. The coast at Pendine Sands or Llansteffan is roughly half an hour if you fancy the beach.
The cottage has parking, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are all included. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs.
