Wren Cottage
Wren Cottage is one of the cottages here at Maesydderwen in Cwmifor. The main house used to be a farm, then an inn. We live on site, so we're usually around if you need anything.
It's a terraced cottage. It sleeps three, in two bedrooms. One double and one single. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
Outside, there's a patio area with a table and chairs, and a BBQ. You also get use of the shared grounds. The hot tub is out there too, which is just for Wren Cottage guests. You'll see a lot of birds. Red kites fly over most days. We sometimes see deer in the fields.
Inside, it's all on one level. There's a TV and WiFi. The kitchen has a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. Parking is right outside.
You can walk straight out from the cottage. The Brecon Beacons are on the doorstep. Llandeilo is about three miles away. It's a nice little town with some good places to eat and interesting shops.
For days out, Carreg Cennen castle is about a 20-minute drive. It's in a fantastic spot. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is also close, maybe 25 minutes. It's a good wet-weather option.
