Dairy Cottage
Dairy Cottage is on Parc Mawr Farm, near Cwmdu. It's a working farm, so it's quiet out here. You get views over the fields.
It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. It's got a 4 Star rating. It used to be the farm's dairy, so the walls are stone. They're nice and thick. There's a wood burner in the main room. It gets warm quickly. The kitchen's fine, there's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The stairs to the bedroom are a proper, steep staircase. You need to watch your step. The bedroom is a good size, with a double bed. The shower room is downstairs.
Outside, there's a patio with a table. It's enclosed, so it's fine for dogs. You can bring two. There's also a shed for bikes if you've brought them.
You can walk from the farm into Cwmdu village across the fields. It's about a twenty minute walk. The pub there does food.
By car, Llandeilo is about fifteen minutes away. It's got nice shops and places to eat. Dinefwr is there too, for the castle and parkland. Further afield, the Pembrey Country Park is about half an hour's drive. They've got a long beach and cycle trails.
The property next door is Barn Cottage. You can book both together if you're a bigger group.
