Dairy Cottage
This is Dairy Cottage. It's in Cwmdu, which is in Carmarthenshire. It's not far from the A40, but it's quiet because it's on a farm.
It's a one-bedroom place for two people. It's a four-star rating, which means it's nice and comfortable. It used to be a dairy building, so it's got stone walls inside. That keeps it cool in summer and the log burner warms it up in winter.
It's on a working farm, so you'll see sheep. The garden is a patio area that looks out over the fields. You can bring up to two dogs.
You can walk from the farm into the village of Cwmdu through the fields. The path is a public footpath. There's also a proper utility room with a washing machine, and we've got bicycle storage if you want to bring bikes. There are some good cycle trails nearby.
Llandeilo is about a 20-minute drive. It's a nice town with shops and places to eat. The old Dinefwr estate is there too, which is National Trust. You can visit the castle or Newton House. Further afield, within about half an hour, you've got the coast. Pembrey Country Park is good if you want a big day out with lots of activities.
Inside, there's a kitchen, a living room with a dining table, the bedroom, and a shower room. Everything you need is there. It's next to another cottage called Barn Cottage, so if you're a bigger group you can book both together.
