Llwynblyfyn is a house near Llansawel in Carmarthenshire. It's detached, so no neighbours to bother you. The views are over fields, mostly.
It sleeps ten people. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's a 5 Star property, which means it was done up recently and has things like underfloor heating. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of those has a wet room with grab rails and direct access outside, which is handy if someone has mobility issues. The stairs to the first floor are fine.
The main living space is open-plan, kitchen, dining and sitting area all together. It's a big room. The kitchen is well equipped, has an American fridge with an ice dispenser. Doors lead out to a decked area with a hot tub and a barbecue. The deck has a glass railing so you can see the view while you're out there.
Everything is included: bedding, towels, electricity. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. Parking for a few cars. Sorry, no pets.
The area is very rural. There's a local pub, but you'll need to drive to the nearest shop. The Brecon Beacons are about a 30 minute drive. Good for walking and cycling. The Tywi Valley is closer, with castles like Carreg Cennen and Dinefwr. Llandeilo is the nearest proper town, about 15 minutes by car, for shops and places to eat.
