Trefechan
Trefechan is a detached bungalow near Pumpsaint. It’s just over a mile from the village, down a quiet lane.
The bungalow sleeps four. There are two bedrooms, one king-size and one with two singles. One bathroom with a shower over the bath. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and everything works. Being all on one level it’s straightforward to get around.
The garden is fully enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. There's also a field alongside where they can have a proper run. The garden has a hot tub, which looks out over the fields.
Inside, the main room is open plan, with the kitchen at one end. The view from the windows is just fields and trees.
The Dolaucothi Gold Mines, which are run by the National Trust, are less than a mile up the road. It’s an interesting place for a walk. Lampeter is about six miles away for shops and cafes. Llandeilo is further, about twelve miles, but it’s a nice town for a wander and something to eat.
For a bigger day out, the National Showcaves are roughly twenty miles east, near the Brecon Beacons National Park. The coast, like Llansteffan or Pendine Sands, is about a forty minute drive.
Facilities here include the hot tub, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. There's a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger. The property welcomes pets.
