Ty Nant is in Capel Gwynfe, near Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire. It's a detached stone cottage up a farm track, so you're on your own. The views are really good, just fields and hills.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, and each one has its own bathroom. That's useful if you're with friends. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well equipped.
It's a proper quiet spot. You'll need a car. The nearest shop and a couple of pubs are in Llandeilo, about a ten minute drive. Llandeilo is nice, good for a wander and a coffee.
If you like walking, you're right on the edge of the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. The Carreg Cennen castle is about fifteen minutes away. It's impressive, up on a cliff.
For a day out, the Gower Peninsula or the coast around Pendine are within half an hour. You can get to the western bits of the Brecon Beacons in about the same time.
Facilities: It's got a wood burner, a dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, and parking right outside. There's a cot and highchair. You can bring one dog. The listing says there are gym facilities, that's a shared shed with some basic equipment in it down by the other cottages.
