Ty Afon Jay

This is Ty Afon Jay in Garnant. It's a detached house on the edge of the village. Sleeps ten, which is why it's got five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, both with their own en-suites.

The main living area is open plan: kitchen, dining, and sitting room all together. There's a big island in the kitchen. Doors go out to the garden. There's also a separate games room with a multi games table and a wood burner. That room has its own door to the garden and the hot tub.

The garden is enclosed, so it's fine for dogs. We accept up to two. There's parking on the drive for a few cars.

In the village, there's a shop and a pub, both within walking distance. The pub does food. For a proper day out, the Dan yr Ogof showcaves are about a 20-minute drive. The Gower Peninsula is under an hour away for beaches. Cardiff is about 45 minutes if you want the city.

It's a 5 Star property, so everything's in good order and the finish is clean and modern. All bedding and towels are included. There's Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in the living rooms and all the bedrooms.
