Shearwater Lake House
Shearwater Lake House is in South Cerney, in the Cotswold Water Park. It's basically in a big area of lakes, so the view from the house is all water and trees. It's modern. There's a deck outside with furniture and a barbecue.
It sleeps ten. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, which is useful. The stairs are fine, nothing unusual.
The main living space has big windows and doors looking out over the lake. You see it from the sofa. The kitchen and living area are open plan. There's a gas fire for winter.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which helps with that. There's parking on site. All the usual things are here: washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included, and we can provide a cot and highchair.
If you have a bigger group, you can book the house next door as well, Wrens Lake House. Together they sleep sixteen.
You're right in the Water Park, so if you're into watersports, birdwatching, or fishing, it's all on the doorstep. For a day out, Cirencester is about ten minutes away by car. It's a proper Roman town with a Corinium Museum. Cheltenham is maybe twenty-five minutes. Bibury and Bourton-on-the-Water are within half an hour.
