The Corner Barn is in Cirencester, on the edge of town. It's a barn conversion we renovated a few years ago. You get your own parking space behind a wooden gate, so it's off the road.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It has a 4 Star rating. Everything works and it's clean. The kitchen is open-plan with the living area. There's underfloor heating.
The stairs are quite steep, typical for a barn. The bathroom is on the ground floor, which is handy. Both bedrooms have TVs and roof windows.
Outside, there's a little patio with a table and chairs. It gets the morning sun, good for a coffee.
You can walk into Cirencester centre in about fifteen minutes. There's a market twice a week. The parish church is worth a look. Cirencester Amphitheatre is just by the park, it's a Roman site.
Within half an hour's drive, you've got villages like Bibury and Bourton-on-the-Water. The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty website has good walking routes. For a bigger trip out, the Cotswold Water Park is about twenty minutes away for water sports.
Facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, wifi, and a cot if you need it. The entrance is level, so it's wheelchair accessible. No pets, sorry.
