The Cotswold Barn

The Cotswold Barn is near the village of Ampney Crucis. It used to be part of a working farm on a big estate. It’s a barn conversion, so the ceilings are high inside. It sleeps eight.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. There's also a wet room on the ground floor. It’s got a five star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.

The stairs are open-tread and a bit steep. It’s typical for an old barn. We’ve put stairgates at the top and bottom.

You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed. It’s got a patio with outdoor furniture.

Inside, there’s underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There’s a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We’ve got a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.

The nearest shop is about two miles away in Cirencester. There’s a pub serving food a short drive off.

You can walk on the estate land. The area is good for walking and cycling. Cirencester is two miles away. It’s an old Roman town with a market and places to eat.

Within half an hour you can get to the Cotswold Water Park for watersports. Cheltenham is about twenty five minutes by car. It’s a Regency town with shops and restaurants. You can walk at Westonbirt Arboretum, which is about the same drive. For a day out, you could go to Burford or Stow-on-the-Wold.
