This is Apartment 4 in South Cerney. It's part of a modern apartment block set in the Cotswold Water Park. The main thing here is the view. You look out over lakes and fields from the big windows. It's quiet.
It's a two bedroom place, sleeps four. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's well finished and clean. You've got your own kitchen and living area.
The apartment is in the same complex as the De Vere hotel. This means you can use their facilities. There's an indoor swimming pool, a gym, and a spa with a sauna. There's also a bar and a restaurant on site if you don't want to cook. The pub is about half a mile down the road.
For the area, you're right in the middle of the Cotswold Water Park. It's good for walking, cycling, and watching birds. You can hire kayaks and paddleboards on the lakes nearby. Cirencester is about ten minutes away by car. That's where you'll find the main shops and the Roman amphitheatre.
If you want to go further, Cheltenham is about half an hour. Bath and Oxford are maybe an hour, depending on traffic. There are lots of typical Cotswold villages like Bourton-on-the-Water within a 30 minute drive.
For facilities: you've got parking right outside, WiFi, a TV, and a dishwasher. All bedding and towels are included. There's a small patio area. No pets, I'm afraid.
