Jasper Cottage

Jasper Cottage is in Tarlton, which is a little village near Cirencester. It's a proper thatched cottage, so it looks great from the outside. It's set back from a small country lane.

It's for two people only. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating so you've got the nice touches and it's comfortable.

Inside downstairs it's open plan. There are beams and a big fireplace with a wood burner. The stairs are quite steep and narrow, which is normal for a cottage this old.

Upstairs, the bedroom has the original roof timbers. The en-suite has a free standing bath. If you're very tall, mind your head on the beams.

There's a garden that's completely enclosed, so it's safe for dogs. We allow up to two pets.

The nearest pub is about a mile's walk down the lanes. For shops, Cirencester and Tetbury are a ten minute drive away. Cirencester has a Waitrose and the usual high street shops. Tetbury is smaller but has good antique places.

You can get to Bath, Cheltenham, or Stroud in about half an hour. The National Trust has loads of places nearby, like Chedworth Roman Villa.

It has things like WiFi, a TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included.
