Roundabout Cottage is a terraced cottage in Settle. The front door is right on the pavement, but there's a little enclosed area out the front behind a low wall where you can sit. You can't park at the door, but there's free on-street parking a very short walk away. Inside, it's clean and comfortable. It's got a 4 Star rating.
It sleeps four. One double bedroom is on the ground floor. The other double bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs, along with the living room. So if you're in the upstairs bedroom, you've got to come down a flight for the toilet. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. You get all your bedding and towels.
The kitchen has what you need, plus a dishwasher. There's WiFi and a TV. For kids, there's a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate available.
The location is the main thing. You step out the door and you're a two minute walk from the centre of Settle. There are shops, cafes, and a few pubs. The train station is close by too, for the Settle-Carlisle line. That's a famous route, it goes over the Ribblehead Viaduct.
For walking, you can start right from the cottage. The fields and hills are right there. The Three Peaks area is about a fifteen minute drive. Malham Cove and Tarn are about twenty minutes away. Skipton is roughly twenty-five minutes by car if you need bigger shops.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's no extra charge for them.
