It's called Langcliffe Lock Cottage. It's in the village of Langcliffe, just outside Settle in the Yorkshire Dales.
The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is nice. It's a terraced house, one of a row built for mill workers a long time ago. So you've got stone walls and exposed beams, but it's been done up so everything works properly.
The location is quiet. It's at the end of a lane right by a little mill pond and the river. You can walk or cycle straight from the door into the hills. Some people use it as a base for the Three Peaks, if that's your sort of thing.
Settle is about a mile away. That's where you'll find the main shops, pubs, and places to eat. There's a swimming pool and a golf course there too.
You can bring one dog. There's a garden that's enclosed, which is handy for that. Parking is right outside the cottage.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove for the colder months, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. All the bedding and towels are included.
