April Cottage is in Settle, up the hill in the old part of town. It's a one-bedroom cottage, sleeps two people.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well looked after and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. The cottage is built into the hillside, so the floors aren't all level. There are some steps inside. The stairs to the bedroom are steep, as you'd expect. The original stonework and beams are there.
You can park right outside. From there, you can walk everywhere. The market square, shops, and pubs are about a five-minute walk downhill. There's a train station if you fancy the Settle to Carlisle line. The scenery is good.
For walking, you're right in the Yorkshire Dales. Malham Cove is about a 15-minute drive. The Yorkshire Dales National Park website has maps and ideas. Ingleton Falls or Ribblehead Viaduct are within half an hour by car.
In the cottage, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ you can use. No pets, sorry.
If you need more space, there's another cottage next door called May Cottage. You can book both together.
