Barn House is in the middle of Giggleswick. It's a converted barn, stone-built, with its own garden.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is clean and comfortable. It's not huge, but it's well laid out.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's an enclosed garden for them.
The wood burning stove works well. It heats the main room up quickly. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking for two cars on the gravel next to the house.
The pub is about a two minute walk away. They do food. The local shop is about ten minutes on foot. Settle is just over a mile down the road for more shops and cafes.
For walking, you can step straight out onto footpaths. Giggleswick Scar is right there. The Three Peaks area, Ingleton Waterfalls, and the Yorkshire Dales are all on your doorstep. If you don't fancy driving, the Settle to Carlisle railway line runs from Settle station. It's a famous route. You can see the Ribblehead Viaduct from the train.
