Holly Bank Cottage is in Giggleswick. It's a terraced cottage, one of a row. Settle centre is a short walk away, down a lane. You get the small patio garden to yourselves.
The cottage sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and everything's included, like bedding and towels. The stairs in the description are accurate: they're open and steep.
There's a shop and a pub a couple of minutes walk away. The pub serves food. Settle has more pubs and restaurants. It's a proper market town with independent shops. The train station there is for the Settle to Carlisle line, which goes over the Ribblehead Viaduct.
The cottage is right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. You can walk straight out into the hills from the door. For golf, there's a course locally.
If you want to drive out, the Lake District and the Trough of Bowland are both about an hour away.
Facilities: it's all there. Woodburning stove, wifi, TV, washing machine, parking right outside. No pets, sorry.
