This is Mearbeck in Settle. It's one of the apartments in Bridge End Mill, the old cotton mill by the river. The mill dates from the 1700s. It's a solid stone building.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. You get your own parking space right outside.
The apartment is detached from the others. It has a TV and Wi-Fi. All the bedding and towels are included. The electricity is in the price.
Settle's a proper market town. The shops, pubs and cafes are a few minutes' walk away. There's a market on Tuesdays. The countryside starts right at the edge of town.
For walking, you're on the edge of the Dales. The Yorkshire Dales National Park website has routes. You can walk up to the famous Settle to Carlisle railway viaduct. It's about an hour's walk from the door, or a short drive.
In about half an hour you can drive to Malham Cove, or up to Ingleton Falls. The town of Skipton, with its castle and canal, is about 20 minutes south.
The apartment is part of a group that can be booked together for bigger groups, but when you're in it, it's just yours.
No pets, I'm afraid.
