Crownhill Bay Garden Suite
Crownhill Bay Garden Suite is in Heybrook Bay in Devon. It's a detached annexe attached to our house. You get your own entrance and a private patio and garden area that looks out over the bay.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a big bed that can be split into two singles if you prefer. There's an en-suite shower room. It's got a 5 Star rating, which basically means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard.
The main room is open plan. There's a kitchen area, a sofa and a table. Big patio doors open straight out onto your garden. The garden is on a bit of a slope, so there are a few steps down from the patio to the lawn.
The local beach is a five minute walk down a lane. It's a mix of sand and stones. The village pub in Down Thomas is about a fifteen minute walk.
Plymouth is a ten minute drive. You've got the Barbican for shops and restaurants, and the Hoe for a walk. The National Trust has a few places nearby, like Antony, which is about twenty minutes away.
For a longer day out, you can be on the edge of Dartmoor in half an hour. Cornwall is close too. The Eden Project is about forty minutes drive.
Facilities wise: there’s a hot tub on the patio, a washing machine, and parking for one car right outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
