Crownhill Bay Penthouse is in Heybrook Bay, near Plymouth. It's a modern, detached penthouse on a quiet park. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over Wembury Bay.
It’s a 5 Star place, so it’s well-finished and feels quite smart. Two bedrooms, both with kingsize beds, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. That’s handy for four people. You walk in through a conservatory on the ground floor and go up stairs to the main living area.
The living room has doors out to two small balconies, so you can get the sea air. There’s also a decked area outside with a table and chairs. The kitchen’s modern and has what you need.
You can walk down to the shore from here. It's a proper coastal path, takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach at Down Thomas. The beach is mostly shingle. There’s a pub in the village too, about a mile away.
Plymouth is a ten-minute drive. You’ve got the Hoe, the Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium, all the usual city things. Sainsbury’s is close if you need a big shop.
If you want a longer walk, Wembury is just along the coast. The National Trust looks after it there. The South West Coast Path runs right past. For a day out, Dartmoor is about half an hour inland. You can be at Burrator Reservoir or up on the tors quickly.
It’s got parking, wifi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. No pets.
