Sea Breeze
Sea Breeze is in Wembury. It's a detached house, so you're not sharing any walls. You can see the sea from the upstairs front bedroom.
It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom is on the ground floor, which might suit someone who doesn't want to do the stairs. The bathroom is upstairs and has a shower cubicle, no bath. It's a 4 Star property, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
The garden goes around the house. It's fully enclosed. The fence at the back looks onto a field where horses from the local stables sometimes come and graze.
You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. The coastal path runs right past, so you can walk towards Plymouth one way or towards the Yealm estuary the other. The local pub is also a short walk away.
Parking is on the driveway for up to three cars.
Inside, the kitchen has decent appliances like a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a boiling water tap. The living room has a smart TV and gets a lot of light.
Plymouth is about a 15 minute drive for shops, the aquarium, or the ferry to Cornwall. Dartmoor is roughly half an hour away if you want proper moorland walking. The National Trust looks after Wembury beach and the area, so their site is useful for tide times and walking routes.
Facilities included are all the things you'd expect: bedding, towels, wifi. There's a stairgate if you need it. No pets allowed.
