Dolphin Cottage

Dolphin Cottage is a one bedroom place in Grange over Sands. It's for two people.

The front door opens straight onto the pavement. You're right in the middle of the town. The main thing is the view from the front windows. It looks straight out over the sands to Morecambe Bay. You can sit and watch the tide come and go. That's what people book it for.

It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and everything works, but it's not a fancy hotel. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There's one step at the entrance and the internal doors are standard width, so it might suit someone with limited mobility, but you'd need to check the details. There's parking for one car at the back.

You can bring one dog. There's a small yard out the back for them.

Everything you need is a short walk away. The shop is a couple of minutes away. The pub is even closer. The promenade for a walk is just at the bottom of the hill.

Cartmel is about ten minutes by car. That's where the racecourse and the sticky toffee pudding shop are. The Lake District National Park boundary is close. You can be at Windermere in under twenty minutes, or heading up into the southern fells.
