Station Cottage
Station Cottage is on The Row in Silverdale, Lancashire. It's right by Silverdale railway station, so you can see the platform from the front windows. Trains do pass by, but it's not a mainline so it's not constant.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The bathroom has a power shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place was fully refurbished not long ago, so everything is clean and works. The stairs are a standard sort of cottage staircase.
You've got a small courtyard out the back with seating. Parking is on site.
Inside, the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has two large sofas. There's WiFi and satellite TV. Bedding and towels are included.
Location wise, you can walk straight out onto local footpaths. The RSPB Leighton Moss reserve is practically on the doorstep. The coast and Morecambe Bay are about a mile away. Silverdale Golf Club is a couple of minutes' walk.
Within half an hour's drive you can get into the Lake District proper, to places like Windermere and Ambleside. You can also get the train from the station right outside, which is useful if you don't want to drive. Morecambe is about ten minutes away by train.
There's no pet allowance, sorry. A highchair is available if you need one.
