Corner Cottage

Corner Cottage is a barn conversion on Brackenthwaite Farm in Yealand Redmayne. It's next to The Coach House, another holiday let. The courtyard parking is right next to you.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one kingsize and one twin. One bathroom with an overhead shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfy and well-finished. You've got a living space, dining area and kitchen all open plan downstairs. The beams and stone are original.

Outside, there's a semi-private side area with seating and a BBQ. The real draw is the field out front. It's two and a half acres, fully fenced. There's a kids' play area, a dog exercise bit, a fire pit, and a tree swing. You can also meet the farm animals, like the miniature pigs, goats, and sheep. They're pets. The hens provide eggs sometimes.

The site is in the Arnside and Silverdale National Landscape. It's good walking country. RSPB Leighton Moss is five minutes away by car. The coast at Morecambe is about half an hour. So is Lake Windermere. Lancaster and Kendal are also within that thirty-minute drive.

In terms of facilities, you've got the basics covered: WiFi, TV with Netflix, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The garden is enclosed.
