This charming holiday conversion offers both families and couples a great holiday retreat. Neighbouring the owners home, the property provides bright and spacious accommodation, boasting its own outdoor heated swimming pool covered by a large indoor dome and with Roman steps, spacious poolside seating area and outside terrace with seating. A popular cycle route and network of quiet country lanes offer good walking direct from the doorstep. Nestled in the quiet hamlet of Witton, it’s just a 30-minute drive from Norfolk’s coast, the famous Norfolk Broads and the city of Norwich. Amazing sandy beaches at Sea Palling and Horsey are just 18 miles away. Wroxham, capital of the Norfolk Broads, offers daily boat hire and river trips, so you can explore the miles of waterways adorned with pubs and picnic areas along the riverside. Wroxham also has a wide variety of shops, a train station and model village. Whilst visiting Norwich City you can enjoy the cathedral, castle museum, theatre, excellent shopping, market square, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The popular seaside towns of Great Yarmouth, Cromer and Sheringham have a wealth of activities for all age groups, including cafes, restaurants and shops. Visit Brundall for the train station, daily boat hire, shops and pubs. Thorpe Green offers a large village green alongside the River Yare, with waterside pubs and a café. The historic town of Holt is only 29 miles away, and other places of interest include The National Trust’s Sheringham Park, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall. There are plenty of Royal Society for the Protection of Birds sites and other great birdwatching opportunities nearby; Strumpshaw Fen, Hickling Broad and Ted Ellis Nature Reserve at Surlingham.
