Close to wide, sandy Overstrand beach, the village itself also has a post office, convenience store and some great places to eat and drink. In fact, Norfolk is enjoying something of a burgeoning foodie scene so whatever your taste buds you are sure to find something wonderful to enjoy. Coast lovers can head East or West and find a range of beach habitats including salt and Cley Marshes, especially good for birdwatching, picturesque quays, rolling sand dunes and an array of sand or shingle beaches. The Norfolk Broads is where you can join a tour or even charter your own day launch to explore these waterways in style.
