Set in several acres of private grounds, this charming traditionally-furnished holiday cottage with exposed beams is in a peaceful rural position adjacent to the owners home and is perfectly located for exploring Norfolk. The property features a biomass heating system which gives guests unlimited heating and hot water at all times of the year. The Broadland village of Coltishall, with its adjoining village of Horstead, has excellent amenities including a country house hotel, three pubs, an excellent tea room, a take away, a mini-market, a butcher’s shop, delicatessen, green-grocer, chemist and petrol station. All are located no further than a mile from Pippins. Local canoe hire and fishing on the River Bure within 600 yards. Bure Valley Railway to Wroxham and Aylsham and 8 mile cycle and footpaths are a few minutes walk. Coltishall, ½ mile. Norwich for cathedral, Castle Museum, theatre, and shopping, 8 miles. National Trust properties and gardens and fine beaches, within easy reach. Pubs 1 mile.
