A perfect family seaside holiday home, this stylish mid-terrace is in the ideal location. Grab your buckets and spades and you will find the beach just at the end of the road. Refurbished and redecorated throughout in 2023 to offer comfortable accommodation all year round. Having three bedrooms with a double, twin, and smaller bunk bedroom perfect for the children. There is a spacious family bathroom, whilst the kitchen is well equipped to prepare family meals and the dining table is perfect for all family meals. At the rear is a private ‘Mediterranean styled’ enclosed high walled courtyard garden to enjoy.
Within walking distance is a wonderful sandy beach and famous Golden Mile, Marine Parade with its wealth of attractions. including the Venetian Water Gardens and Boating Lake. Great Yarmouth has a 15-mile stretch of glorious sandy beach with pier, entertainment, marina sports centre with indoor swimming pool and many other leisure activities. There is the Sea Life Centre, bowling, amusements, donkey rides, bouncy castles, wax world, model village, fun fair for small children and adrenaline rides, crazy golf, water park, restaurants, cafés, and pubs.
Also nearby is the world-class Hippodrome Circus with shows all year round. Deck chairs are available for hire and boat trips available to visit the seals at Scroby Sands. Central beach hosts a fireworks’ spectacular each Wednesday during the summer season. With many activities available all year round, please note some have seasonal openings. The town centre has a shopping mall and covered market square, a great place for fresh fish, sea food and fruit, along with supermarkets.
Leave the car at home and jump on the train, to enjoy Norwich City and other destinations. The famous Norfolk Broads is just 18 miles away, in a National Park with over 125 miles of waterways. There are daily river and boat trips and riverside eateries. The city of Norwich has excellent shopping with two indoor malls, market square, cathedral, castle museum, theatre, cafés, and restaurants. Thrigby Wildlife Centre, Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Somerleyton Hall and Gardens within an hour’s drive. Beach 200 yards. Pubs, shops, cafés, and take away restaurants 500 yards.
